President-elect Mike Miller convened a meeting, with the aid of District 5340 Facilitator Diane Crawford, to revisit our five year plan and make sure we are going in the direction our club members indicated in a survey he recently sent tplo all members.

5 years ago, EERC President-Elect (at the time) Holly Stuard convened a meeting, with the aid of Rotary District 5340 Facilitators, to develop a 5 year plan. The plan covered all aspects of our club, based on surveys of our members, from membership retention, and growth, the types of programs we want for our club meeting, the types of charities and organizations we want to support and how to raise money's just to name a few items.

Speed forward to 2016, and President-Elect Mike Miller, convened a similar meeting to revisit the 5 year plan and reset/adjust any changes or reinforce some of the decisions from the earlier meeting.
All members were invited to complete an online survey, as well as attend the meeting. The survey recived a large percentage of the club's participation.

Key areas of focus was membership retention, as the general consensus, from the survey was that everyone likes the current makeup of our membership.

The meeting was the kickoff of an ongoing plan to refocus our goals and provide opportunities for input on direction. We will continue to fine tune and adjust throughout the coming year.
